Electronic commercial support tool. Sales by our members to Brazil and the world can be made electronically, quickly, and simply.
The processes involving Brazil will have inducement (Cashback).
Purchasing power – Technological intelligence and economic strategy at the service of associates and their customers.
ECW has completed an e-commerce system that allows all ECW members to provide their customers with the ability to contract freight through e-commerce.
The tool is easy to use, intuitive and interactive. In a few clicks, you get the proposal quickly and concisely. Your customers will find this easy to handle.
The reference is the Incoterm FOB, and all members will be able to inform the freight values to be included in the platform, through a spreadsheet list. Our team will make the data insertions between the desired pairs of ports.
Note about e-commerce platform.
The platform allows the sale of FCL and LCL freight, but by the end of 2021, it will also be released for the sale of air freight.
All members may use the platform for their electronic sales, making it available through a link on the respective website and/or in the respective subscriptions, for access by potential customers in the respective markets.
It is essential to emphasize, however, that the fractional cargo logistics processes (LCL) will be operated by the NVOCC (E-CW member) with service established between the pair of ports in question. (Example: Shanghai-Santos or Antwerp-Santos or Santos-Singapore).
The NVOCC member will deal with the FFW member, while the FFW will deal with its customer (business as usual). However, both will be entitled to a refund (amount) as described under “Cashback for Dedicated Service Agreements”.
The members of NVOCC & FREIGHT FORWARDERS will be responsible for the operations in the respective origins and destinations, whenever the sale is made through e-commerce.
For this, each city will have a maximum of 1 NVOCC and only 1 Freight Forwarder making the use of the platform viable and profitable for ECW members.
